Charged me for cleaning supplies, floor mat, gloves used to work. They told me that it was a no human contact service and did not mention they would be billing me an extra 10 dollars for this service.
Brought our Infiniti QX56 in for a dead battery and oil change and was shocked to know the owner did a 135000 mile service on it that I did not ask for or authorize... In addition I was charged extra fees for "load testing" on the one year old dead Interstate Battery that ended up having to be replaced and lots of mickey mouse charges for seat covers, floor mats and gloves... My battery was under warranty and was replaced by Interstate but was shocked to know my bill was over $200.00 which I did not anticipate... I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the owner who did not apologize and thought is was normal procedure to charge his customers for services they did not agree upon or authorize...
Price was fine. Staff was nice but it took 1-1/2 hours to have One tire put on WITH an appt They explained there was a delay due to a film crew there but maybe that should have been scheduled for after hours. That long wait was not good..
My cars belts are now sqeeky and before it was not sqeeky.
